Trans-Med Program

Foxfield Taxi Corporation is pleased to announce that it has received funding from the Health and Social Services Consortium with Title III-B funds of The Older Americans Act to provide long distance transportation to Boston, Providence, Attleboro & Foxboro area medical facilities for elders, 60 years of age and older.

The program is available to residents of:

Canton	Dedham	Foxboro
Medfield	Millis	Norfolk
Norwood	Plainville	Sharon
Walpole	Westwood	Wrentham

For appointments in Boston between the hours of 9 am and 12 Noon on Mondays and 9 am – 12 Noon on Wednesdays.

For appointments in Providence between the hours of 11 am and 1pm on Tuesdays

For appointments in Attleboro between the hours of 11 am and 1 pm on Mondays and Fridays.

For appointments in Foxboro between the hours of 11 am and 1 pm on Thursdays.

A voluntary and confidential donation is requested. The suggested amount per round trip is $25.00. No person will be denied service because of an inability to donate.
