William P. O’Donnell, Norfolk County Register of Deeds issues warning to Norfolk County Residents
The Norfolk County Registry of Deeds has become aware that there are now companies out there trying to take advantage of seniors by “offering” to sell a blank declaration of homestead form for $15.00. The Registry wants seniors to know that the declaration of homestead form is available directly from the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds and on their website, www.norfolkdeeds.org, at NO CHARGE. Simply visit the Registry on the internet or call their customer service department at 781-461-6101 and they would be more than happy to provide residents with the form.
