2010 Caregiver Day of R&R (Resources and Relaxation)

HESSCO will be offering the 7th Annual Caregiver Day of Resources and Relaxation on September 15, 2010 at Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood. This day combines opportunities for caregivers to attend educational programs and experience various relaxing therapies such as chair massage and reiki. An exhibitor fair will also feature local service providers who support family caregivers.

The conference will span 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM with a Welcome Session starting at 9:15. There will be specific time to visit the exhibitor fair from 8:30 – 9:15 AM and 1:30 – 2:30 PM. Participants will also have the opportunity for an individual consultation with various family care experts and will be able to choose from a variety of educational sessions.

All caregivers are welcome to attend. The educational sessions will focus on caregivers who provide care for elders or disabled adults and grandparents who are raising grandchildren.
